Great product but appalling customer service. My last order, number 8125, made on the 13th of April 2024 valued at $96.41 has simply vanished. I received the order confirmation but never any tracking details. Despite sending multiple emails asking for tracking details, I’ve been ghosted. I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything from Archie. I wonder if they’ve folded but they’re still accepting payment for items that will never be shipped.
