Who or what is Archie?
Archie is a natural lifestyle brand that makes products that are good for you. Our first range is natural toothpaste made without nasties and inspired by joyous memories and delicious flavours.
Is Archie made in Australia?
Archie is Australian-owned and our products are made in Sydney.
We organise our logistics around short-travel distances, favour locally-sourced ingredients and work with local businesses.
What are you doing to reduce your environmental impact?
We care a lot about our planet and we’re constantly looking for ways to be more sustainable and reduce our environmental impact. That includes our ingredients, production, packaging and logistics.
Does Archie contain natural ingredients?
Our toothpaste is packed with ingredients that clean and whiten your teeth naturally. It’s made from 99% natural origin ingredients and contains no fluoride, no paraben, no SLS, no titanium dioxide, no triclosan, and no artificial flavours.
Is it safe for children?
Sure is! In fact, kids love our toothpaste. And our natural, food-grade ingredients are safe if accidentally swallowed by little ones. Check out our ‘Kids favourites’ section on the website for kid-tested and approved flavours. These are low in menthol and high in fun.
Are your products tested on animals?
Absolutely not. None of our products or ingredients has been tested on animals (they can’t hold a toothbrush, for one thing). The only mouths that have tested Archie are real-life human ones.
Is Archie toothpaste vegan?
Archie toothpaste contains no animal-derived ingredients and is suitable for vegans.
How long will my bottle last?
The pump has been designed to give you just the right amount of toothpaste, every time. Two pumps are all you need. A 100ml bottle should last you more than a month for two people brushing twice a day.
Can the toothpaste bottle be refilled?
Our toothpaste pouches will allow you to refill your toothpaste bottle over and over! These will be available on our website in February 2021. The pouch contains 250ml of toothpaste – enough to refill your bottle up to three times. The pouch itself is made from recyclable material and can be easily recycled once empty.
How do I care for my pump and bottle?
We believe reuse is even better than recycling so our bottles have been designed to be refilled time and again.
To get the most out of your bottle, take good care of the pump section. Keep the pump away from water and wipe clean regularly to avoid toothpaste lodging in the mechanism. Store in a cool, dry place and your bottle will last you a long time.
Is your toothpaste safe for coeliacs?
Archie toothpaste is gluten-free.
Is Archie compatible with homeopathic treatment?
Archie toothpaste doesn’t contain any fluoride, sulfates, parabens or artificial flavours, making it compatible with homeopathic treatment. Be sure to speak with your homeopath, though.
What is your toothbrush made out of?
The toothbrush handle is made from a combination of corn starch and wheat straw. The bristles are soft nylon infused with bamboo charcoal. The handle is biodegradable. Just remove the bristles before throwing in your compost.
Orders and shipment
How can I pay online?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also offer Google Pay and Apple Pay, as well as Afterpay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Our aim is to get your order out as soon as possible and we won’t be able to make changes once shiped. If you do need to update your order, get in touch as soon as you can by emailing email@example.com.
What happens if I need to change my shipping address?
Check your order confirmation email to make sure your shipping address has been entered properly. If the address is incorrect, email us straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will my order be shipped and when will I receive it?
We process orders the same or next business day. Orders are sent daily from our Sydney warehouse, Monday to Friday.
Shipping times are dependent on our delivery partner and your location. Allow extra time during busy periods like Christmas.
How can I track my order?
We’ll send you an email once your order has been shipped and include a tracking number so you can see when it will arrive.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping in Australia on all orders over $40.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We can ship to just about anywhere in the world. Additional shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout.
What’s your return and refund policy?
As a cosmetic product, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. If your bottle arrives damaged, get in touch with his at email@example.com.
My order hasn’t arrived. What can I do?
Oh no! First, make sure you’ve allowed enough time for shipping delays. Standard Australia Post delivery times can be found on their website and during busy times like Christmas, it can take a bit longer. If you haven't received a tracking number or it shows as delivered, contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
