What happens if I need to change my shipping address?

Check your order confirmation email to make sure your shipping address has been entered properly. If the address is incorrect, email us straight away at hello@archie.store.

 

When will my order be shipped and when will I receive it?

We process orders the same or next business day. Orders are sent daily from our Sydney warehouse, Monday to Friday.

Shipping times are dependent on our delivery partner and your location. Allow extra time during busy periods like Christmas. 

 

How can I track my order?

We’ll send you an email once your order has been shipped and include a tracking number so you can see when it will arrive.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We can ship to just about anywhere in the world. Additional shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout.

 

What’s your return and refund policy?

As a cosmetic product, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. If your bottle arrives damaged, get in touch with us at hello@archie.store.

 

My order hasn’t arrived. What can I do?

Oh no! First, make sure you’ve allowed enough time for shipping delays. Standard Australia Post delivery times can be found on their website and during busy times like Christmas, it can take a bit longer. If you haven't received a tracking number or it shows as delivered, contact us hello@archie.store.

Taxes & Duties

Our postal charge does not include taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes & duties are the responsibility of the customer and usually determined on the value of your order. Orders will not be refunded if taxes and duties are not paid and you choose to not pick up your order.

 

Tracking your parcel

Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking number.

Please check your junk mail as some customers find this email is redirected to this folder.

 

Please take note that customs have the right to stop your parcel for a considerable amount of time, to conduct routine checks.

 

Postage information

Orders are sent via Australia Post, Fastway or Sendle and may require signature on delivery.

If the parcel is not signed for, the item will be carded. This card will be left at the address supplied and will indicate where your parcel may be collected from.

Please allow 0-3 days processing time before your parcel is sent. In most cases, it will be within the first 24hrs as we aim to get every order off ASAP.
